The hotel is located in a fantastic area with plenty of activities for the whole family. We had a blast playing sports on the nearby courts and the kids loved the Pit-Pat, Mini-Golf, and the Toboggan Train. It was so convenient to have all these options just a stone's throw away from the hotel.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children.

The value for the money was great and the room was clean and had a breathtaking mountain view from the porch. The location was perfect with easy access to ski slopes and nearby bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and provided great advice and assistance with transfers.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a hot dish included.

The staff were very helpful and made life easy for me. I got a upgrade to a double room with a view which was a nice bonus.
They were a little pushy on serving the gourmet restaurant menu. The upgrade was offered for a 15 CHf a day price before it was given for free. I would have been better to offer it for free at first or not offer it at all.

Excellent location. Run by the owners and family, friendly and helpful. Because the hotel wasn't full, our party all received room upgrades, eg single to double;double to family. Comprehensive continental breakfast. Good value. Would certainly stay again.
The choice of salami, ham etc at breakfast could have been a bit more varied over af five night stay.

The suite at Hotel Bristol was absolutely stunning! I was blown away by the south-facing balcony that offered breathtaking views of the glacier and Saas-Fee Mountains. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. I felt like I was in paradise!
Personally, I found the bunk beds in the side room a bit cramped, but that's just my preference. Others might still find it suitable for their needs.

Excellent receptionist, providing helpful information on village attractions, restaurants, and offering personal assistance with electrical adapter and printing train tickets. Prime village location with balcony views of river and snowy mountains. Clean room with strong shower pressure. Simple but delicious breakfast. Convenient pick-up service from bus stop. Lovely pizzeria and café nearby, close to cable car and river. Quiet and peaceful for a restful stay.

The location of the Hotel to the meeting point for the ski school is excellent and the children's afternoon kindergarten is in the same building as the hotel which is an added bonus. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant are very attentive and helpful from the moment they picked us up at the bus station. The family room we stayed in was large with a separate room for our child. The quality of the food at dinner was very good.
No complaints. The selections on the hotel's lunch menu are limited and not great. Recommend going across the road to Zur Muhle.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had; there was such a variety of dishes to choose from that I was never bored. The hotel was located in a prime position with easy access to the ski slopes and other attractions. Plus, the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the hotel wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. Nonetheless, the exceptional service and standards made up for this minor issue.

The breakfast buffet was decent, and the hotel location was fantastic, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff were polite and helped with my luggage upon arrival. The view from my room was stunning and gave me a great chance to take some wonderful pictures of the city.
The room was tiny, and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was poorly lit and did not have any amenities like body wash or shampoo.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect. It was nestled right next to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The breathtaking mountain views from my room were absolutely amazing. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.
The only small downside was the lack of a lounge area for relaxation. However, this didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

I stayed at Bristol for 10 days with my family and couldn't have been happier. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing an excellent picnic breakfast when one of our group had to miss the regular breakfast. The family room was perfect for our needs and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful views and the perfect location at the base of the mountain.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
